In accordance with HUD regulations and the Housing Assistance Payment Contract, Part C: Tenancy Addendum; Section 15-Changes in Lease or Rent (d): The owner must notify the YHA of any changes in the amount of the rent to the owner at least sixty days before any such changes go into effect, and the amount of the rent to the owner following any such agreed change may not exceed the reasonable rent for the unit as most recently determine or re-determined by the YHA in accordance with HUD requirements. 

If you would like our office to process a rental increase for your unit, please complete this form entirely. If the request is approved, we require a new lease reflecting the new amount.
